A license runs for the period you pay for and simply lapses unless you renew it — we e-mail you before it expires. No card is stored and nothing charges automatically.

The finder, profiles, map, matchmaker, comparison and the interactive benchmark remain free for everyone. A Pro subscription never changes your ranking or your score — paid Premium placement is a separate product and is always labelled as such (see the methodology).

Want more visibility for your own agency?
Premium placement is separate from Pro: it buys extra visibility on four named surfaces (one of three reserved, labelled slots at positions 6–8 of the finder’s “Recommended” order, an extra “Featured profile” position under Top 3 and under the matchmaker shortlist, one of the three home-page sample cards) and never changes a score, a rating, the ordering of results or anyone else’s position — no position and no rating is for sale. At most nine agencies hold it at a time, each shown at least once every ten page loads, and it is always marked “Premium” with a light accent on the card.
